Ingredients

24 slices peppered bacon, cooked and chopped

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped

1/2 cup green onions, sliced thin

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Baked pita chips

Directions

In a mixing bow, combine first six ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup bacon for garnish.Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. pour mixture into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Take a whole package of pita bread and cut into small triangles. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees until crisp and browned. Serve with dip.
