Recipe Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 pound lump crab meat
1 cup light cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon old bay
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 cup swiss cheese, grated ( Gruyere cheese works well also)
8 inch pie shell, unbaked
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl beat your eggs, cream, worcestershire sauce, salt and old bay together. In another bowl combime you crabmeat and cheese well and then place the crab and cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of your pie pan. Pour your cream mixture on top and bake on the lowest rack of your oven for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and browned.

Recipe Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to tatse
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 package chicken flavored rice
Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. In a large saucepan melt butter butter on medium heat and add chicken and minced garlic. Cook chicken for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove chicken from saucepan. In same saucepan with garlic and drippings add rice. Heat until rice is golden brown and add 2 cups of water and lemon juice . Add chicken on top of rice and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add in red pepper and lemon peel and recover. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until liquids are absorbed and rice is tender.
