Butterscotch Delight is another great dessert recipe that is fast and easy to make.

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1 stick margarine

1 cup chopped pecans

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup 10x sugar

1 cup cool whip

2 packages butterscotch instant pudding

For the crust cut butter into flour then mix in nuts and press in to 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool. Mix room temperature cream cheese, 10x sugar and cool whip in a medium bowl. Spread mixture over cooled crust. in medium bowl mix both packages of butterscotch instant pudding with 3 cups of milk and stir until thick. Spread over second layer in pan. Spread more cool whip on top and chill for 2 hours before serving.
