Spicy Broiled Fish is a Zesty meal tha will put all other fish to shame.
Ingredients:
2 pounds fish filets
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon and pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
1/8 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 cup dry white wine
Wash fish thoroughly. Line a baking pan with tin foil and place fish skin side down in single layers on pan. Melt butter in a small pan and then add the rest of the ingredients to the butter. Cook over low heat until mixture is blended and warm.
Pour 1/2 of prepared sauce over fish and place fish in broiler about 5 inches from heat source for 5 minutes. Pour remaining sauce on fish and broil 5 minutes more until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from pan and plate. Pour pan juices over fish and serve.
