Maryland Crabmeat Casserole is delicious and simple to make. For crab lovers it doesn’t get much better than this and for cooks your short time in the kitchen will be rewarded with many smiles and people asking for your recipe.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound of lump backfin crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup light cream
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
3 eggs, beaten lightly
1 dash salt
1 dash white pepper
Mix all ingredients together lightly in a large bowl. Fold mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serves 4
