Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 small red chilies, chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
Peel the shrimp and devein.
Using a food processor or blender process the garlic and chili peppers into a paste. Place in a bowl and then mix in the chopped cilantro, curry powder and olive oil. Once mixed stuff the shrimp with this paste and baste the outside. Let chill and marinate covered for 4 hours.
Grill the shrimp over a medium flame about 3 minutes on each side
