Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
8 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 garlic clove, minced
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions:
Saute the garlic in oil then mix all ingredients together and brush over the salmon on both sides.
Broil or grill salmon 8 minutes per inch of thickness, and brush with barbecue sauce.
