So easy to make yet so decadent that this Cherry Crumb Cake recipe will have your guests thinking it took you all day.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 can cherry pie filling
In a large bowl mix the flour, butter, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture for topping. Add eggs, milk and vanilla to flour mixture. Mix by hand. Pour mixture into a greased 13×9 baking pan. Spread cherry pie filling over top and then shake the 1 cup of mixture you set aside on tip. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
