Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup mashed banana

1/4 cup milk

2 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped


Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl mix together the sugar and butter until completely blended. Add in the milk, eggs and banana and mix well. Next add in the flour and baking powder and mix until moist. Fold in the cranberries and walnuts then pour the batter into a greased 9×5 loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpic inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from pan and let cool before serving.
