This is a great recipe for Spinach Soufle that’s not only quick and east but delicious as well.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained

2 small tubs of creamed cottage cheese

4 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup butter

3 tablespoons flour

8 ounces jack cheese. shredded

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top should be golden brown and bubbly.
