Baked Artichoke Hearts make a great side dish or appetizer for any meal.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 can of whole artichoke hearts

3 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 cup parmesian cheese, grated

3/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup toated pine nuts

In a small sauce pan melt butter and add garlic powder. Open artichoke hearts gently and fill each with cream cheese. Then dip top of artichoke into garlic butter and then into parmesian cheese and brad crumbs coating the top of the artichoke. Place artichokes on tin foil lined baking pan and sprinkle tops with pine nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
