This Chesapeake Bay Shrimp & Chicken Pasta Recipe is just rich, creamy and delicious. With hints of the bay and tender pasta you can never go wrong and your guests are sure to agree.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
4 teaspoons old bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces penne pasta cooked and drained
3 each Scallions sliced
Coat chicken with 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes per side. Coat shrimp with 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning. Push chicken to one side of pan and add shrimp. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Mix remaining Old Bay with cream. Add cream mixture, cooked pasta and green onion to skillet. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and pasta is heated.
