Ingredients:
1/2 cup light cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon oliveoil
8 ounces of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
In a large saute pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the mushrooms and onions. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender. Add the green beans, cream of mushroom soup and the light cream to the onions and mushrooms and stir well. Cook for 10 minutes covered then remove from heat and place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with cheese and let stand 2 minutes so it can melt properly. Serve.

Green Bean Casserole makes for a great side dish at a party or picnic and is just as great on the family dinner table on Sunday.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 packages of frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups french fried onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mushroom soup, milk and pepper in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix well then add in the green beans and 2/3 cup of french fried onions. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes then add the remaining french fried onions to the top and bake a further 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
