Ingredients:
1 pound lump crabmeat, cleaned
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon red pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup celery, chopped
Paprika
Directions:
In a large bowl add all ingredients except crabmeat and mix well. Gently fold in crabmeat as to not break up the lumps. Chill for 2 hours. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle paprika over top.

Ingredients:
4 medium ripe tomatoes
1 pound lump crabmeat
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Core the tomatoes leaving about 3/4 inch of tomato all around. Place all the other ingredients except the crabmeat in a large bowl and mix well. Fold the crabmeat in gently as not to break up the lumps. Spoon mixture into the tomatoes filling them a little over the top. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. This recipe can also be served cold.
