Chesapeake Bay Crab & Avocado Salad is a rich decadent dish that is great for lunch or dinner. The mixture of tastes are just so good you’ll want to make this recipe often.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 Pound Crab Meat, Cooked
2 Jalapeno Chiles, seeded and minced
1/4 Red Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 Tomato, Chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 Avocados, Peeled and Chopped
1/4 cup Lime Juice
In a large bowl mix together well your crab, jalapeno’s, onion, garlic, tomato and cilantro. Once you mix well add in the oil, salt and pepper. Next gently fold in you avocado chunks until everything is mixed together well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
