Salmon Mousse is another great party dish that will have your guests asking you for the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup cold water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 small onion, sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons horseradish

1 teaspoon dillweed

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 -15 ounce can salmon, drained and flaked

1 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoons olive oil

3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced

Pour water and gelatin in medium saucepan and let stand and soften for 2 minutes. Heat over medium heat until gelatin is disolved. Add the gelatin mixture and all other ingredients into a food processer and process at medium speed until smooth. Pour salmon mixture into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold. Cover mold and chill for 3 hours.

Serve with cucumer slices.
