Nothing says seafood for dinner better than this Maryland Shrimp Casserole Recipe. A little spicy and a lot tasty. You and the family will love this meal a lot.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound small shrimp cooked and cleaned

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup red pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons butter

2 cups rice, cooked

1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning

2 cups condensed shrimp soup

1/4 cup toasted almond slices

1/4 cup dry sherry

Old bay seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan saute the celery and red peppers in a little butter until tender. Mix together with all other ingerdients and place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with old bay seasoning and bake for 30 minutes.
