Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound cooked crab, cleaned and pulled apart

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1 Tablespoon sweet relish

1/2 tsp dill weed

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning

1/4 cup mayonnaise

3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

In a large bowl fold everything together well making sure to keep your crabmeat. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. You can serve this crabmeat salad on a bed of lettuce or spinach with croutons and a little bit of Parmesan grated on top.
