This is Maryland Crab Louis Recipe is a twist on the old favorite with a little zest that you and your guests will surely love.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 head iceburg lettuce
1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
Juice from 1 large lemon
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons old bay seasoning
In a large salad bowl make a bed of lettuce and place the crabmeat on top. Drizzle lemon juice over crabmeat. In a medium bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the crabmeat. Now mix the salad well so the crab, lettuce and dressing are thoroughly combined.
