Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound fresh lump crabmeat

2 pounds small shrimp, cooked

3 tablespoons butter

1 1/2 cups light cream

1/2 cup white wine

3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

6 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 small onion, minced

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs


Directions:

Melt butter in saucepan; gradually stir light cream and white wine with flour. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until sauce is smooth and thick. Add cheese, mushrooms, onion, salt, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted; add crabmeat and shrimp. Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
