It’s that time of the year again and grilling is mandatory in many houeseholds. This Grilled Coconut Shrimp Recipe is sure to be a hit at the next cookout.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

4 drops tobasco sauce

1 pound shripm, peeled and deveined

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart ziploc bag and shake well. Refrigerate shrimp in marinade for overnight. Grill shrimp for 4 minutes on each side and serve.
