It’s summertime and there is nothing better than a fresh fish dish to make your meal. This Flounder in Herb Sauce brings out the flavor of Maryland and is sure to be a hit at your table.
Recipe Ingredients:
24 ounces of fresh flounder filet
4 ribs of celery, chopped
2 teaspoons onion, minced
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
2 teaspoons dill
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups mushroom soup
1 teaspoon parsley
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium saucepan saute your celery and onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients except fish and mix well. Pour ingredients into a 1 quart casserole dish. Lay the fish in the sauce taking care to pour sauce over the fish as well. Bake for 25 minutes.
