Another great Cream of Crab Soup recipe to soothe your soul on a long winters day.

Ingredients:

1 pound crab meat

1 vegetable boulion cube

1 cup water

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 quart milk

Remove shells from crab meat. Bring one cup of water to boil and disolve bullion cube in it. In a large sauce pan cook onion in butter until tender and then blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and seasonings gradually over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add crab meat and heat.
