Marylanders know their seafood and this Chesapeake Bay Shrimp Salad Recipe is a winner for sure. Very easy to make and even easier to eat.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 pound  shrimp, cooked and cleaned

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup olives, sliced

2 teaspoons onion, minced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and chill for 2 hours. Serve on a bed of greens or you can make delicious Shrimp salad sandwiches.

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
