Summertime is seafood time and this Chesapeake Bay Seafood Casserole recipe is sure to hit the spot with family and friends. Fresh shrimp and crabmeat are the foundation of this creamy concoction and the only other thing you’ll need for this great meal is a good bottle of wine.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 pound fresh crabmeat

1/2 pound cooked peeled deveined shrimp

1 1/3 cups chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tteaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup crushed potato chips

Paprika

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole; set aside. Mix crabmeat, shrimp, celery, onion, bell pepper, salt, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire in large bowl. Pour crab mixture into prepared casserole. Top with crushed potato chips and paprika. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings
