Chesapeake Bay Crab Dip is a spicy dish that is great for any party. Quick and easy to make and so very delicious that you better make a lot because it won’t last long.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
1.4 cup jalapeno pepers, sliced
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sherry
1 tomato, chopped
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound backfin crabmeat
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and fold together well. Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is bubbly.
