Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/3 cup dry sherry
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a medium saucepan and mix well over medium heat. Place chicken breasts in a large casserole dish. Use a for to prick each chicken breasts all over. Brush mixture over chicken breats generously. Place casserole dish in a pre heated 350 degree oven and cook for 1 hour basting and turning the breats every 15 minutes.
