Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup butter, melted

1 med box Ritz crackers

4 chicken breasts, cooked

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

1 cup sour cream

Crunch up crackers in a bowl and add melted butter. Mix well and place in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Lay chicken breasts on top of crumbs. In a bowl mix the soups, chestnuts and sour cream. Pour over chicken and top with more Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and browned on top.
