Ingredients:

3 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped

2 cups milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup uncooked white rice

1 can cut green beans, drained

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 can french fried onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large saucepan add the milk and mushroom soup, heat on low heat, stirring continuously , turn off when starts to steam; remove from burner.

Add the chicken, rice, green beans, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 the can of french fried onions. Stir together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and remaining 1/2 can of french fried onions on top.

Bake uncovered 40 min.
