Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and butter. Pour mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
In another bowl mix together the brown sugar, flour, and pecans. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
