Apple Stuffed Pork Chops are delicious and very easy to make. The whole family will really enjoy this Maryland meal.

Recipe Ingredients:

6 thick boneless pork chops

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 box stuffing mix

1 1/2 cans apple pie filling with cinnamon

1/2 cup white wine

Make stuffing per directions and stir 1 can of apple pie filling into stuffing. Make a slit in the side of each pork chop so it looks like a pocket. In a large skillet brown the pork chops in olive oil on both sides. Remove pork chops from skillet and stuff each chop with stuffing. Place pork chops in a large baking dish and pour some more pie filling mixed with 1/2 cup of white wine over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Uncver and bake an additinal 10 minues. Serves 6.
