A quick and tasty treat this Pasta Primavera Casserole will do wonders for the family dinner table.
Recipe Ingredients:
8 ounces of rotini pasta, uncooked
1 can chicken gravy
1/2 cup light cream
1 cup french fried onions
1 zucchini , sliced thin
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup peas
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dries basil leafs
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot cook your pasta. When done drain and return to pot. Add gravy, cream, 2/3 cup of french fried onions, zucchini, tomatoes, peas, cheeses and basil to pasta. Pour mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Top off with remaining french fried onions and bake for a further 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
