Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless country style ribs
2 quarts cider vinegar
6 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine cider vinegar, red pepper, old bay, brown sugar and molasses. Lay your fibs in a large glass dish or place in a large zip lock bag and add sauce. Refrigerate for 4 hours while marinating. Reserve 1/2 of the sauce for cooking.
Place ribs on gril and cook until done baiting continually. Serve extra sauce with ribs.

Ingredients:
4 thick pork chops
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 clove garlic,minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices white toast, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place basil, parsley, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and garlic into a food processor and process for 30 seconds. Add in olive oil and process an additional 30 seconds. Pour mixture into a small bowl and add cubed toast. combine well ntil toast is saturated.
Cut a pocket into each pork chop from the side with a sharp knife. Pack 1/2 cup of this stuffing into each pork chop pouch. Now place chops into a shallow 2 quart casserole dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees until tender.
