Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar, divided use
1/3 cup butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup French Vanilla Coffee-Mate Liquid Coffee Creamer
4 large eggs
6 teaspoons Instant Coffee
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Toll House White chocolate Morsels
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and then press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Then let cool at room temperature.
In the same bowl beat together the cream cheese, and coffee mate until nice and creamy then add in eggs and instant coffee and mix until coffee is disolved. Add egg mixture, flour and the rest of the sugar and beat until smooth. Pour mixture into crust and spread out evenly.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees until edges are set but center still moves a little.
Melt toll house white chocolate morsels and drizzle over top of cheesecake. Chill for 2 hours and serve.
