Spinach Dip in Rye Bread is always a good choice for a party. Everyone will love it and you’ll love how easy it is to make.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package frozen spinach, chipped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 package Knorr leek soup mix
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 loaf of rye bread, best if bought from bakery or made fresh
Cook spinach and drain well. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together well and chill for 2 hours. Cut thin slice from top of the rye loaf and pull out chunks of bread until sufficiently hollow. Fill the rye loaf with dip and use the bread chunks for dipping.
