Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
10 ounces of fresh spinach, chopped
1 pound of fresh artichoke hearts, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a shallow casserole dish.
Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon juide, and Parmesan cheese. Spread into prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes
